Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship to 26 countries worldwide at a flat rate of AUD $45.00 per order via Standard International shipping.

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing times.

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Finland, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
